This week Hotel Chocolat tip us off on the Cocoa Gin Martini


    Put the gin, orange juice and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and pour the cocktail through a strainer into a Martini glass. Finish with a twist of orange.


  • 5 tbsp Hotel Chocolat Cocoa Gin
  • 1 tsp fresh orange juice
  • handful of ice cubes
  • twist of orange zest (rind), to serve
