Today’s Gin tipple comes courtesy of the G&Tea Bar in West India Quay and was created by mixologist Robert Klopper.
The G&Tea Bar creates a brand new infused gin every week, with ingredients ranging from lemon and cinnamon to berries.
25ml Haymans Sloe Gin
25ml Haymans Dry Gin
Freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 a lime
Passion fruit puree (made by heating up the innards of 4 passion fruits in a pan and mixing with 75ml passion fruit juice and 1tsp brown sugar)
Splash of prosecco or champagne to finish
Pour all the ingredients into a mixer with ice and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with lime.
