Our SM tester took it out and about on a picnic:
Our SM tester says: I love a good picnic. I especially love a picnic in a forest in the April sunshine. What I don’t love is the fact that despite our very British way of embracing all-things-summer as soon as the thermometer hits 20 degrees, the remnants of winter are still very evident. And no more so than in the muddy fields that surround this particular forest. There I was with my SM friends enjoying a cheeky glass of Pinot and a scotch egg, when I hear this familiar whine. I follow said drone to a muddy splodge, whereby my eldest child is stuck in said mud, covered in the brown, sticky stuff up to his knees and somehow managing to get it into his face, hair and ears along the way. One particular friend shrieked (her little precious NEVER gets dirty) and exclaimed that the toilets are half a mile away and surely I had to wash that mud off before he caught tetanus. Now, I am lazy. No doubt about it; which is why I was thrilled to have the Vital Baby Aquaint Sanitising Water in my bag. It’s a spray that you can liberally coat on a filthy child, wipe with a muslin/ baby cloth/ leaf and it kills 99.9% of bacteria, leaving a muddy child clean and germ free. I felt smug as my wee man was sparkly clean and my friend looked satisfied (in your face!). Well,
until he found the cow dung anyway…
