How to enter this year’s Mummy Must Have Awards #MMHA2017

This year our #MMHA’s will be divided into categories. As previously, it is free to enter – but we will call in products selected for the Shortlist for our judging panel (Editorial team and Celeb Mums) to critique.

To enter, please select a category from the below and complete the submissions form. In the Elevator Pitch section please simply give us a topline description of the product and what makes it so wonderful, plus please also provide the website url.

Categories this year are:

Best Boutique: let’s sing the praises of wonderful online and high street baby/maternity/children’s stores.

Buggy Love: lightweight, classic, twin? Whatever makes it special…

Stylist’s Choice for Childrenswear: the lovely Amanda May from Mud and Glitter will judge this one…

Maternity and Womenswear: chic dressing for those lumps and bumps…

Best Changing Bag: the most stylish way to carry those botty wipes…

Best Baby Product: broad category here, we know. But we’re looking for ‘wow factor’.

Best Toy: classic or tech, we’re looking for engagement factor. (Books in this category too please)

Best Beauty Product: does it make you look perky on the school run..?

The Game Changer Award: solutions to problems, down-and-out genius products…

Better World Award: ethical gifting, one-for-one campaigns etc

Plus also our Hall of Fame Accolade (chosen by the Editor)

Our Shortlist will be announced in June. Applications made through the site will not be shown publicly and those chosen for Shortlist will be contacted directly. Can’t decide on a category? It’s fine to enter multiple times.

Good Luck!

Celeb Mum Becky Mantin’s pick of our #MMHA 2015 Shortlist

At SM we are big fans of Becky Mantin’s style, attitude and general joie de vivre – so were delighted when she cast her thoughts over our Mummy Must Have Awards Shortlist.

Stand outs for Becky included Kozikidz rainwear“These look great and the perfect cover up for playing in the rain or going to Forest School without worrying about a change because of wet, muddy knees. Without trying, it’s hard to say if they are durable and comfortable but the idea is good and the designs are very nice.”

Lilly and Sid Sunsafe Suit: “These are very cute and seem practical too with the hood. I like that the front zip seems long enough for easy on and off and that it’s SPF 50+”

And of course her own amazing Nappy Grab Bag (once you’ve tried it you’ll wonder how you lived without it!):

“Fabulous of course! Sure to be a worldwide hit! This should definitely win! ;)”
